Spacecraft Templates

SpaceCraft is a web-based platform providing thousands of people the capability to easily create, manage and promote exceptional websites with the use of an easy-to-use and web building CMS & responsive templates.

1. Non-Profit Templates

We partnered up with the team at Kindful to create several Non-Profit geared templates. Kindful wished to leverage their donation gateway with the SpaceCraft platform to help provide their clients with a turn-key website solution. The process started by conduction thorough stakeholder interviews to gain insight on their unique needs/goals, processes, and current frustrations. Through these interviews we were able to learn that their was a tremendous need for a simple to set up, yet elegant web site that could work seamlessly on any device. Most parties we talked with stressed the lack of resources and experience their organizations had to devote to their websites, they needed something that required little maintenance, yet could easily & beautifully showcase their organizations efforts & impacts.

2. Venue & Music Templates

This time we partnered up with the EventBrite to create several templates for their large clientele of music venues. . EventBrite's client's and stakeholders came in all sorts of different enthusiasm ranges & walks of life. Our process began by trying to get to know their eclectic user-base so that we could more easily emphasize with their needs & pain-points. Life with the Relief template, we underwent in-depth interviews with many of their current users, and then built personas to fit our our findings. These interviews were not only fun but insightful as we learned that their primary concerns all revolved around ticketing: users needed to quickly & easily buy tickets while owners/managers needed an intuitive web experience that seamless bridged their EventBrite events with their online website.
